My approach
My approach to counseling is integrative and holistic, drawing on techniques and theories from a variety of therapeutic models. Each person is unique and I am here to help you find your way through problems, fears and life crisis. I see our therapeutic relationship as a partnership and you have a voice in the direction of your therapy. We will work together to understand the source of your anxiety, depression, unhappiness, physical discomfort, relationship difficulties, or unhealthy behavior patterns.
I enjoy working with a diverse range of people with a wide spectrum of needs and difficulties, and with a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
In addition to individual and couples therapy, I facilitate group workshops that focus on self-care, well-being, and self-discovery, and conducting seminars on diverse topics related to mental health and well-being. Using simple art and creative exercises, we explore emotions, gain new insights, and nurture self-awareness in a safe, supportive, and welcoming space.
Creativity plays an important role in developing healthy ways to tolerate distress and pain, to have compassion and respect for oneself, to restore, and to make changes that allow for purpose and meaning in life.

Wellbeing is a complex combination of a person’s physical, mental, emotional and social health factors.
By teaching your employees foundations of self-care and wellbeing I will help them be more equipped to combat feelings of stress and burnout in the workplace, and feel happier, healthier and more connected.
We will focus on aspects of wellbeing that you find most relevant for your employees at this moment. I can also offer Individual follow-up coaching or counseling sessions for your employees.

Resilience

Personal resilience refers to how effectively you handle difficult experiences in your life. It is often described as the ability to ‘bounce back’ and grow despite difficult or challenging life experiences.
It’s having the mental, emotional, and behavioral flexibility and ability to adjust to both internal and external demands. Resilience is a key element in wellbeing. Workshop will include providing tools and tips to help you manage your mental state in adverse situations and help you bounce back quickly.
We will also look at the practical steps for building resilience in the workplace.
